The ITIL Toolkit Update Page

This page is intended to act as a gateway for the provision of additional non-chargeable items to ITIL Toolkit customers. Over a period, the developers may produce extra material, which is not included in the kit. Access will be provided to this through this page.

If you are an ITIL Toolkit licensee, and this is applicable to you, you will already have been sent an access password. This should be used to unzip the contents of the downloaded file.

The ITIL Prep Kit
Revising for the Foundation Exam can be made easier by using a 'self test' approach. To assist, a specific tool has been developed: the ITIL Exam Prep Kit. This includes over 140 sample exam questions, and comes with a full set of answers supporting notes.

A Service Level Agreement
Service level agreements are a basic service managament tool. The Service Level Agreement Toolkit is designed to make production of this critical item of documentation much much easier.
